Listen , please learn from my experience and stay clear of this hotel, 10 min walk to station, hotel in alley way , rooms were tiny , tiny , tiny . Was given wrong room that slept 2 for 3 people . No room to turn around , literally

good location, nice size rooms, good amenities, LOVED the little skincare routines. Vending machine on the flood, familymart on the first floor what more could you want???

be careful the elevator doors close so fast they will squish you

Location to Osaka Station

Room unbelievably small. Outdated bathroom. Few amenities.

Great location with many restaurants nearby. A FamilyMart is inside the hotel, and the train station, subway, and bus stops are very close.

Location: located very near Osaka station.View: If staying on high floor, you can enjoy the night view of Osaka.

Typical Japanese old-school hotel. All furniture are quite worn. Room is very small (especially bathroom). Not so comfortable bed. The price does not match with what you get.

Only one elevator was working for the whole building; smoking room smell was terrible

Hotel is very spacious and quiet. The location is great as well as there is lots to do nearby and it's close to the main Osaka train station. Room was bigger than we were used to in Japan which was very nice.

We had to pay an extra tourism tax when we checked in which we weren't expecting. The location of the hotel can be a little hard to find if you're not used to the city so we would recommend grabbing a taxi from Osaka station.

It was a good location , close to the train station and cool neighbourhoods

The staff were rude and dismissive upon check in , the rooms are small, very dated and smell like they have been smoked in for decades

The location is good. Facilities are quite average but amenities in room are adequate

The hotel was close to Umeda Train Station and located in the business district. We really liked the area — it was so enjoyable to hang out with locals at the restaurants after work hours.

Great and convenient location, was a little tight but it had availability during the Osaka Expo which was very nice

Only one working elevator, beds were uncomfortable and scratchy

The 24 hour Family Mart located within the hotel and a seven eleven just behind the hotel.

The lighting in the rooms are in my opinion too dark.

The location was great. Rooms were nice size and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t that impressive. Would have rather a larger choice and to be able to pick out my food instead of ordering the night before. Wasn’t a lot of actual breakfast choices.

Location of the hotel. It is great for those who want to visit some decent bars, restaurants, or clubs. Walking distance to many places.

Room size. Maybe I am used to Europe and the US, but those rooms are too small for two people. After I put our bags, I can't move...

I am a big fan of the Mystays Hotels as ive been to the ones in tokyo. This one did not disappoint. Rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Had a great time here and will definitely be coming back the next time Im in Osaka

I have nothing negative to say

There is a convenience store right at the building! Very close to the exit of the underground street which connects to the subway station. Also, many good restaurants around the area and they open past midnight, very convenient in general!

Hotel was Clean and had a 24 hour Family Market in Building.

Pillows were all very firm
